Marie Brière is the Head of Investor Intelligence & Academic Partnerships at AMUNDI Institute in Paris. She conducts research on portfolio choice, with a particular focus on sustainable finance, investors preferences, robo advice and pension, to advise the strategic decisions of institutional investors and the design of investment solutions for individual investors. Since 2022, She is the Chairman of the Institute for Quantitative Investment Research (Inquire Europe) and the Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the European Savings Observatory. She is a member of the expert group advising the ESMA Standing Committee on Financial Innovation and a member of several scientific councils, such as that of the European Capital Market Institute of CEPS. Her scientific articles have been published in academic journals and featured in several news outlets including the Financial Times and the Wall Street Journal. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University Paris X and graduated from ENSAE.
