David Yermack is a professor of finance at the NYU Stern School of Business, where he has been a member of the faculty since 1994. His research occurs mainly in the fields of executive compensation, corporate governance, and digital finance. He holds BA, MA, MBA, JD and PhD degrees from Harvard University.
