Ramin Baghai is Professor of Finance and holder of the Bard Chair at the Stockholm School of Economics. He received his Ph.D. in Finance from the London Business School. His research lies at the intersection of corporate finance, labor, and credit markets, and has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, and Journal of Financial Economics.
