Dr. Marina Magidou is a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at the Open University of Cyprus. She has previously served as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at the University of Central Lancashire Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus). She holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Cyprus University of Technology. Her main research and teaching interests focus on corporate finance, corporate governance, green finance, executive incentives, corporate financial policies and behavioral finance. Her research has been published in refereed top-tier international journals, such as the British Journal of Management. She also serves as a reviewer for various journals in the field of Finance.
