Marina Magidou is currently serving as a Course Leader of BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at UCLan Cyprus. Possessing a doctoral degree in Finance, her expertise lies at the intersection of accounting and finance. She currently teaches corporate finance, financial management, financial accounting and financial markets. Dr. Magidou’s academic focus centres around an array of critical areas within the discipline, with a primary emphasis on Corporate Finance and Corporate Governance. Her research pursuits delve into the intricate domains of Green Finance, which explores the integration of environmental sustainability considerations into financial decision-making, and Executive Incentives, illuminating the intricacies of aligning management motivations with company performance.
