Luca Del Viva holds a PhD in Management from the University of Pisa, Italy. He is currently a Full Professor of Finance in the Department of Economics, Finance and Accounting at ESADE. His past and current research focuses on the impact of banking regulation on financial stability, the financial system, and sovereign credit risk, as well as credit risk and the role of information ambiguity in asset pricing. His ongoing research examines the effects of incomplete information and idiosyncratic risk on asset pricing.
