Konstantinos Bozos

    Professor Konstantinos Bozos is Head of the Accounting & Finance Department at the Leeds University Business School, where he holds the Chair in International Accounting and Finance. His research interests lie at the intersection of international accounting and finance with corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), market-based accounting, and large-scale capital investments. His portfolio covers corporate policy, financial reporting, risk management, and governance across developed and emerging markets. His work has been published in the Strategic Management Journal, the Journal of World Business, Corporate Governance: an International Review, the European Journal of Operational Research, the International Business Review and the Journal of the Operational Research Society, among others. He serves as Associate Editor of the Rutgers Business Review and on the Advisory Board of the International Business Review. Funded by over £100,000, his research aims to foster informed financial decisions, effective governance, and efficient allocation for sustainable growth.
