Dr. Guanming He is a Professor of Accounting at Durham University, where he currently serves as Director of Internationalization for the Department and the Business School. He previously served as Director of the PhD Programme and as the Business School representative on the University’s Research Degrees Committee from 2019 to 2023.
Guanming’s research has been published in a range of leading international journals (FT50 / ABS 4–3 ranked), including solo-authored articles in Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, Financial Review, International Journal of Accounting, and Review of Quantitative Finance & Accounting.
He currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and on the Editorial Board of Corporate Governance: An International Review. In addition, he is an ad hoc reviewer for a wide range of internationally reputable accounting, finance, management, and economics journals (FT50 / ABS 4–3 ranked), as well as academic books published by Cengage, Pearson, and SAGE. To date, he has completed several hundred peer reviews with a strong commitment to fairness and rigor, and has received multiple reviewer awards in recognition of his service to the academic community.
