Registration
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes.
Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book and pay for further services like accommodation, taxi transfers, etc (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

Note:

- All Authors should register and pay by 24 April, 2023 in order to have their papers included in the program.
- One registration is required for each accepted paper.
- The conference chairs expect all presenters and discussants to stay for the whole duration of the conference to promote an active discussion and networking opportunities.
- We will not accept any special date/time requests for delivering your presentation and/or discussion.
- By registering, the authors accept the following:
- release of their paper online on the conference’s website.
- accept to act as discussants to papers included in the program.
- Registration fees include: Attendance to the conference sessions, conference material, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches, welcome cocktail and conference dinner.
- Non-presenting authors: Those who would like to attend the conference without presenting or are interested in acting as discussants/chairs must register and pay the relevant fee by the closing registration deadline.
- Student Registration: In order to be accepted with the student fee, the student should provide a signed supporting letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral Program prepared on the letterhead of the institution, sent to: info@easyconferences.eu
